I made this main image at the Adventures in Stamping show in Strongsville, OH that I went to a few weeks ago. It was colored with Sparkling H2O's an then covered with hmmm I think Diamond Dust or something like that - it is teeny tiny beads basically :) I then found that circle saying that I had received in a stamped image swap and thought it complemented it nicely. I added the buttons to pull out the other colors I used in the dragonflies. Layered on paper from the Paper Place.
Simple yet fun card.

This was an image I found in my stamped pile that has gathered from various get togethers and received in various swap so unfortunately I don't know whose it is.
I colored it with my colored pencils and mineral spirits. I layered it on top of a wallpaper sample and added some orange ribbon to the side. I put 3 knotted pieces of ribbon near the top. I then added a small Prima flower to the lower corner cause the image when cut out had a funky edge there LOL. I then layered this onto and orangish-brown base piece of cardstock.
Pretty simple card and made from the extra bits 'n pieces that I found laying around.

This is the front of a tunnel card I made from a step by step class on my Yahoo group. I used my Cuttlebug A2 Stylized Flowers Embossing folder on the front and a piece of stray ribbon. I used my Palette Burnt Umber Ink Pad to edge the light green paper and mounted it onto brown paper. The paper is from Hollo's and is really cool it has a faux leather look to it. Wish you could see it IRL it is much nicer :) inside this is what the card looks like:
I am not to good with getting the picture of the inside so you can read the stamped saying but you can see how it folds out and the saying is behind the oval cut out. I added a Prima Flower, which I received from a friend; and then stamped and mounted with a Pop Dot one of the butterflies from the TAC Beautiful Butterfles T-741 set.
I really enjoyed making this card and in fact am going to use it as a shoe box project for a weekend get together with some new online friends! I can't wait!

Made this card for a Floral Swap. The flower is the TAC Gerbera Daisy T-739
I used colored pencils with Odorless Mineral Spirits to color the petals and leaves in.
On a piece of orange Paper Place paper I stamped with my Palette Burnt Umber Ink Pad one of the swirl stamps from the Dots & Curves set which is one of the Dipsy Doodlin' Collection from inque boutique. I stamped a Friendship saying on it and also edged the paper with the same ink.
I then layered the paper together onto a yellow base that had also been edged with ink and declared it ready to go :)

I had joined a swap for a famous place thinking I had the perfect Eiffel Tower image to use. I couldn't find that darn thing anywhere so I used this one of the Twin Towers.
I layered red, white and blue papers and used my Palette L'Amore Red Ink to edge the paper with. I also used a little bit of colored pencil for the water at the base of the image. Then I mounted it onto ...ummm what is it called? that sticky grid paper....grrr can't think of it now..anyway I stuck the image onto it but I added a glue dot to the back of each end of the image for a little extra holding power.
I then affixed the metal letters from Eyelet Outlet "USA" with bright red brads.
This was a quick card to put together but still whenever I see or hear about the Twin Towers I am sad.

Birthday's can be so fun sometimes! I hope that the recipient that got this card had a wonderful one!
I cut the circles using my Marvy clever lever punches both the scalloped and the plain. I edged them with my Palette Ink Charcoal pad
and popped the top one up using pop dots where I had stamped the Happy Birthday. The buttons are probably SU as I had received them in a Secret Swap from someone who is a rep for them. They were bright colors that pulled out the other colors in the TAC Fruti Fusion V-929 wingitcollection nicely. Although they are supposedly scrapbook paper pages I think they make wonderfully bright and cheery cards too! I simply edged the Fruti Fusion and white papers with the Charcoal Ink and then layered them onto the pink base.
Look what I can do with my scraps! I keep trying to clean up my work area but then I find these neat colors that go so well together I stop to play for a minute and before you know it time has just flown by. These little leaves are great - I picked them up at Michaels some time ago and I use them often! I again had my Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves Pad out and used it to stamp them all over the white base card stock from the Paper Place. I then took the scraps of paper I found and layered them on the front. The orange piece had a notch out of it from my SU punch and I then stamped the "I love fall!" from my TAC Fall Blocks T-864 set and added a leftover oval frame piece from the TAC Summer Seminar I attended with my friend Anna. The fiber is just a scrap from my HUGE misc bag that sits next to my craft area. It is the perfect balance of colors to bring everything in the leaves out! This was a quick and fun card using the leftovers I found as I was "cleaning" my craft room! LOL
thanks for looking...........
I made this using my new set from TAC called Forget Not TA-2650
I stamped it using my Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves Stamp Pad on white paper from the Paper Place in Wellington, OH. I layered it onto a base of brown card stock and added a scrap of ribbon from my stash to complete it. This was an easy card but the various colors from the Kaleidacolor pad really add some "zing" to it.
thanks for looking.......
