A Bright and Cheery Happy Birthday

Birthday's can be so fun sometimes! I hope that the recipient that got this card had a wonderful one!

I cut the circles using my Marvy clever lever punches both the scalloped and the plain. I edged them with my Palette Ink Charcoal pad
and popped the top one up using pop dots where I had stamped the Happy Birthday. The buttons are probably SU as I had received them in a Secret Swap from someone who is a rep for them. They were bright colors that pulled out the other colors in the TAC Fruti Fusion V-929 wingitcollection nicely. Although they are supposedly scrapbook paper pages I think they make wonderfully bright and cheery cards too! I simply edged the Fruti Fusion and white papers with the Charcoal Ink and then layered them onto the pink base.
