My friend Sheryl held a wonderful class today and taught us how to make this portfolio! It was quite simple and fun but best of all it will be USEFUL!
I used some grey flecked paper from Hollo's for my base and then matted with the floral paper from DCWV Pocket full of Posies Matstack. I used my Bordeaux Palette Ink Pad to edge all the papers with for a little more definition.
The tie is made from Karen Foster Design Scrappers Floss and the beads are from the Bead Shop in Oberlin, OH. (wonderful place if you are ever near there it is worth a stop!)
The inside looks like this, you can see it has little pockets to put reminder
cards in for special dates you need to remember or events you need to go to!
I am not to keen on my month tabs so will change that a bit of the next one :) you can see I used the Orangerie and Bordeaux Palette inks on the inside envelope portion too along with my All Night Media Flower and Noir Black Palette Ink.
