Sketch 63 Card

Ok I took this picture about 5 times and no matter what I did I ended up a little blurry so....we are going with it LOL! Maybe it was cause I was so darn pleases with myself for making a square card that I couldn't stop shaking :) Anywhooo...

This card uses my Beautiful Butterfly T-741 from TAC. I stamped it with my VersaFine ink and then colored it with my Copic Markers in YG00 , YR23 and E31 then in the center I used my SU Really Rust #1778 to color the body. After I cut it out with my trusty Cutterbee's I used my Xyron to add adhesive to it. While it was stuck on the backing still I used my Ritzy Ditzy Glitz spray to add a little shimmer to it.

Paper is from DCWV and some scraps that I had in my stash. I used copper brads in the 4 corners of the patterned piece. then my Super Sticky circles to attach it to my base card.

The sentiment I used was from my Wishing You T-1205 set and I stamped it with my VersaFine Onyx Black Ink. After putting it all together I kept looking at it and it didn't seem right so I pulled out my So Splattered TA-2621 and using my Versamark ink stamped it various places around the edge. Then I used Sparkle N Sprinkle Copper Dreams EP to heat emboss it. I LOVE how it turned out! Note to self: When using VersaFine ink on DCWV textured paper make sure it is all the way dry before using EP LOL! If you can see the letters are Copper embossed also which I hadn't intended but they look fine.

I really really like this card so for now it is on my display board for me to enjoy...maybe someday someone will get it but for now it is mine all mine LOL!

Wow - This one is really pretty!!
I love how warm it feels - like a summer day - because of your color palette! The butterfly is beautiful.

The copper really adds that something special to the card to make it pop!
