if life gives you lemons...

This was s fun care and used the
TSSC52 Sketch. Yeah I know I am late but hey I wanted to give it a whirl anyway!

I used my Slice! to make the triangles...it cuts them a little wonky on the smaller sizes - one of the minor issues with the machine. But I find it does more well than it does wrong so am trying to focus on that! Anyway I layered it on paper from DCWV Pocket Full of Posies that I had "tied" ribbon around from Really Reasonable Ribbon. (see this post on how I did the ribbon if you want more info/specifics)

Here is the bottom layer of card stock up close...

do you see how I made it patterned with the lemon wedges? LOL that is a fun new stamp from FireCracker Designs by Pamela also on the set Fruit Cup.
I colored the lemons with my Copic markers and then added some clear Spica glitter pen to the seed part although it didn't pick up too well here.

But now the best part...everyone needs a laugh once in awhile so here you go!

I haven't decided who I am sending this too yet but this sentiment just cracks me up! I hope it at least gave you a giggle today!
