I am wishing you all some Good Fortune!



I made this card for my dd for her birthday. It has some special meanings for us and I also wanted to play with the new Miso Cute stamp set from FCD. Since I tend to think of reds and golds when doing Oriental style cards I went with that. I used the Good Fortune and dragon from the set to make my own background paper on the red. I added some gold ribbon and then used my Slice! to cut the tag out. I stamped the sentiment from Birthday Balloons - Up Up and Away set, half on the tag the rest inside. I also added gold brads to either end of the tag.
Then I added the Dragon die cut that goes with the Miso Cute set- these die cuts are FabUlousO if you still haven't tried them well then I simply don't know what to say other than you
are missing out! I colored the dragon with my Copic markers to make him have a golden glow.
Finally I matted it with black and mounted it to the gold card base which is made of paper from The Paper Temptress.

Yep my dd liked the card :)
