I had this card all laid out the night before the pieces parts sitting there and ready to assemble I figured I could do that in the AM so went to bed. Got up got dressed and all that came in to finish the card up and dang it if another stamp set grabbed my fancy instead so the only pieces parts I ended up using were the blue/yellow DCWV paper and the Flowers. So the poor other image sits off to the side awaiting its fate!
This uses a sentiment that we all need to heed which is from the Bridge of Thoughts set that Pamela has. I really like the contrast of colors on this one. Since the flowers had the touch of yellow in them I wanted to bring it out some and added a bit of ribbon around my Shaving Cream background piece that I found in my scrap bin. The blues matched the DCWV paper that I already had out and layering with pink and using a pink base card pulled it all together. As I look more at it I think that next time I make a batch of shaving cream papers I will add some cream ones to the mix as I think this also would of looked good with that. I added the rhinestones cause it looked a little nekkid with out them - nothing sparkly and I wasn't attempting to glitter at that time in the morning (Anna)!

what a wonderful sentiment to start the day!
This is beautiful! That blue is such a pretty blue and that saying is great! Can't wait to see what you create with the discarded pieces!
What a lovely card and sentiment. Love it.

I think the colors are great and that flower really sets off the sentiment nicely!!
