Pearled Crocus

I really wanted to show off the paper on this card and it is so darn hard to capture in the photograph so y'all just have to trust me when I say that is is so mysterious and shimmery!

I used black Memento ink to stamp on the Iridescent Morphing Mauve paper from Paper Temptress and it looks more like a green ink! Amazing! I layered over some right pink and then onto a peralized base card. (also very shimmery!) I added self stick pearls onto the corners and along the one side of the main image as well as layering a bit of fun checked ribbon underneath.

The Crocus stamp is from Lindy's Stamp Gang, isn't it gorgeous!

This is stunning Karyn - the stamp is beautiful and your colours are just perfect. The final touch of pearls makes for a very classy card.

OHH i am so tired of the most beautful papers coming out dull in pics. They never truly capture them do they? Lovin the pearls!

It's a shame that they are never captured as well with the camera lens as they are with the human eye!
I love the image and pearls, and the checked ribbon gives it some whimsy which is great!! I have some pearly card stock here, so I can only imagine how much prettier this card is in person!
