Double Bugging - nothing to do with bugs!

This card is done using one of the new techniques from TJ newsletter called Double Bugging. I have used the lines and the snowflakes on this card. I highlighted with brown and blue inks. I matted a stamped tree from the Just Breathe (Again) stamp set from FireCracker Designs. The snowflake was cut with my Fa La La Slice disc and I added small rhinestones around the edges and to the center of it. Mounted it on top of a wide piece of ribbon, stretched that across the Bugged card stock and then placed the matted tree atop. Inside I added a bit of swirly rhinestones to the lower left corner, leaving plenty of room to stamp a sentiment or write a note inside. I think this will make a fun Christmas type notecard with it's non traditional colors!

I love this!! The colors you used make it look to me like you put blue snowflakes on a piece of wood! And I love how pale the blue is on the cuttlebugged snowflakes!

I like how if you didn't want a tree there any other holiday theme stamp could work too - like a snowman! It's a lovely card! Thanks for sharing it with us!
