Herringbone Technique

 Herringbone Technique

You know we all have our list of MUST HAVE’S and GO TO’S when we are stamping well this card although looks simple has 3 of my very favorite (well 4 if you count the hidden part the adhesive!) MUST HAVE & GO TO’S.  FireCracker Designs image (this one called Away in a Manger, it is a digital) Copic Markers and Basic Grey Paper! (this line is the Wassail line)

The technique I used here is from the current TJ newsletter it is called herringbone technique and although a little time consuming it makes quite stunning cards!

The hidden MUST HAVE GO TO is red line sticky tape and I get mine from Jody (Confessions of a Ribbon Addict)

hugs,

I like how you used such a bold amount of black with the herringbone - it really changes up to the look!
