Quad of cards

Wave Set

I was playing with some scraps of patterned paper I found on my desktop and some pieces of red that weren’t quite the right size to get 2 regular A2 cards out of so I ended up using a 6x6 piece of this Basic Grey June Bug paper cut in half and then that cut in a wavy (by hand) half cut.  I cut the red wonky size paper into cards although they are not true to any size just they look ok LOL!  I added Flowers that I had cut with my Slice and colored with a Copic Marker to match the papers (R37) with a pop dot along the curve of the patterned paper, using a small bit of the patterned paper as the flower center too! I stamped mini sentiments from TAC set Feel Better (TA2985) in the lower corners.

They are simple cards but pretty and better than store bought!  365 Cards had a challenge a bit back for simply put cards and I took the idea from there and ran with it :)

They make cute little cards to write a note in and I think I am going to do another couple sets as well.  I found a great site called Wish Upon a Hero and I have been using them to “grant” card wishes there.

Wave Card

You know all those gazillion swap cards we all have laying around and don’t know what to do with them, this is a perfect thing to use them for.  I urge you to check it out.

hugs,
